Arbuckle Costic was hired to complete this branch bank for Commercial Bank which was converted to West Coast bank prior to opening due to the bank's acquisition and subsequent name change. West Coast opened a modular bank on the site for use during construction and were amazed that CD Redding Construction built the bank in just 5 months, making that effort not worthwhile. Otherwise, the building is similar to many of the other branches we designed for the bank.
