Marion County Public Works
All Public Works offices for Marion County, including Surveying, Road Operations, Traffic, Civil Engineering, Land Use, Administrative
offices, and the Permit Center are housed in this 40,000 square foot facility. Project design included space analysis for multiple buildings.
Functional areas include training rooms, the County Emergency Operations Center, a day care, lockers and showers. The facility is
steel-frame construction with a brick veneer, a metal, single-ply roof, and concrete floors. This facility also has an on-site sewage
disposal system and water service, including fire protection.
