This project has two parts, the
first of which is a new building.
The new youth center will be approximately 23,000 s.f. and house a large gymnasium, large mid-high and high school rooms, a game room and coffee area. The facility will also include a performance area and full commercial kitchen. The second part of the project involves the expansion and remodel of the existing education spaces. Almost 10,000 s.f. of new vertical circulation space, in-fill space and courtyard enclosure will be added to the existing building. All of the day-school, elementary age and adult education space will be improved. The primary goal, in addition to the upgraded space, is to provide better and more organized and understandable circulation system.
