We completed the design and construction of a middle school in McMinnville. The facility is approximately 83,000 s.f. and houses 500 students, with the capability to expand to 800 students. The school design includes many new concepts required for a contemporary middle school. This design uses the “School Within A School” concept, each grade level is grouped with its own “house.” The school includes a large, flexible commons area that can be utilized for a cafeteria, auditorium, music and drama rehearsal space, or for community events as well.
