Three-story office building with covered parking and a lobby on the ground floor. The two top floors are designated for flexible office space above. This facility is used to house city county insurance services, which provides support to the League of Oregon Cities and Association of Oregon Counties. When the building was constructed, it also housed other public support organizations. As City County Insurance Services grew, we were hired to do interior renovations to support the growth.
