Capital City Business Center

The Capital City Business Center is an approximately 236,000 sq. ft. one-story building. The renovation project that occurred in 2005/2006 modified three of the existing entrances into signature pieces. A new great room/entrance lobby was incorporated into the main entrance that signifies the start of the new hallway through the building. The hallway connects the main entrance and the west entrance with a full daylight ceiling. The existing building was occupied by one tenant until this renovation project which divided the entire building into several different tenants. Currently Merrill Lynch, George Fox University, Oregon Employment Department, Department of Justice, Department of Human Services, and the Sassy Onion occupy the building.
