Citizens Bank in Corvallis admired the new West Coast Bank that we completed in Newberg and requested permission from West Coast Bank to
use this design for their new facility in Albany. Numerous changes were made to the interior to better facilitate Citizens’ operations. Also, the
exterior colors were changed to match the bank’s corporate colors. The result is a building which functions well for the user and is easily
identifiable with Citizens Bank by the use of these colors. This same design (mirror image) was used by Citizens Bank in McMinnville.
