The Broadway Town Square project is located within the North Broadway Renewal Area. The project has three elements: first,
the corner of Broadway and Market Streets features a two-story structure housing a three-screen movie theatre
with the upper floor will providing studio office space; second, the south frontage of Broadway is a four-story mixed-use building
with apartments on the upper floors and retail at the ground floor; and third, the west portion of the site contains 16 townhouse units.
Construction began Summer 2007 and was complete Summer 2009.
