Arbuckle Costic was hired to design this new construction for an essential facility of 6,720 s.f. for the City of Aumsville The Owner wanted new construction to resemble the historic city hall building that is still in use. Therefore, the majority of exterior building material is brick veneer with arch detailing over windows and accent bands near the parapet. Large steel canopy and brick columns frame the main entry to both the Police Station and City Hall. Skylights, another request from the Owner, help daylight the interior open office areas.
