In 1982 we performed a remodel to this existing junior high school dating from the 1920’s into a joint-use
facility used by Chemeketa Community College as an outreach teaching facility and as additional office space for Polk County. In 2005 we were hired to do a space study for Polk County after they purchased Chemeketa’s part of the building. The feasibility study is complete for moving displaced Polk County departments into one consolidated location. In late 2009 we began on the reroofing project and in 2010 are scheduled to begin the renovation portion of the project.
